MEET YOUR TREATMENT PROVIDER AND FOUNDER
Danielle Nicoll, MCMS, PA-C
Danielle Nicoll, PA-C, is a compassionate and driven Physician Assistant dedicated to helping others feel confident and cared for in every season of life. Originally from a small town in southwest Georgia, she spent time living in the U.S.
Virgin Islands before settling in the Pittsburgh area with her husband and three active children.
Dani earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology at Valdosta State University. This created a foundation that sparked her passion for wellness and preventative care. She later obtained her master’s in clinical medical sciences at Barry University, where she then became a board-certified Physician Assistant.
As a busy mom and healthcare provider, she understands the demands of everyday life and strives to meet patients where they are with empathy and individualized care.
Her clinical background includes transplant surgery at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where she cared for medically complex pediatric patients. She also has extensive experience in emergency and urgent care medicine throughout the region and serves as adjunct faculty in the University of Pittsburgh Hybrid Physician Assistant Program, mentoring future providers.
After serving on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic while raising her young family, Danielle felt called to combine her medical expertise with her passion for empowering others. She is now a founding member of Aesthetics Radiance Medical Spa in Mars, Pennsylvania, where she treats every patient with the same care and intention she would give her own family.

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Carrera Reinheimer, PA-C, MBA, has worked as a Physician Assistant for almost 10 years with a background in Emergency Medicine before working in aesthetic medicine. She also holds a masters degree in business administration. Carrera’s goal is to help clients feel more confident in their own skin by enhancing their natural beauty. She views aesthetic medicine as not only a science but also an art. When she’s not at the spa you can find her enjoying the outdoors or perhaps engaging in some friendly competition running a marathon. Carrera is also an avid traveler and has been to over 50 countries. Carrera hopes to make each client feel comfortable in her care and provide individual support to help everyone feel their best.

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Shaina Lowrie-Trott, PA-C is a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant from New Castle, Pennsylvania. After pursing her education at University of Pittsburgh, she moved back to her hometown and started her career as a hospitalist at UPMC Jameson in 2020, dedicating herself to the people of an underserved community. She maintains her passion for internal medicine and deep appreciation for comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Shaina brings her medical expertise and warm personality to Aesthetics Radiance Medical Spa, where she enjoys caring for patients both in-office and in the concierge setting. She enjoys combining the science of medicine with her creative side to deliver safe, natural-looking aesthetic results tailored to the patient’s desires. Known for her approachable nature and attention to detail, Shaina values building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them feel confident and refreshed.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and fur babies who are her entire world. She also enjoys reading, exercising, and participating in animal rescue efforts, balancing both fulfilling home and professional lives.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Doug Harmon, DO, FACOEP, is dual board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine. For many years, he worked alongside the founding providers of Aesthetics Radiance Medical Spa, leading medical teams with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. In addition to his work in emergency medicine, Dr. Harmon treats patients struggling with addiction, helping them pursue recovery and build healthy, productive lives.
After nearly two decades in emergency medicine, he transitioned into the role of Medical Director at Aesthetics Radiance Medical Spa. His extensive clinical background provides a strong foundation of sound judgment, leadership, and a commitment to continuous self-improvement — values that support the spa’s mission of delivering safe, thoughtful, and individualized care.
