Membership Terms
Payment will be processed on recurring monthly date. Fees are non-refundable, auto renewing (unless cancelled per policy). Members agree to pay all fees regardless of service utalizations. Credits are evaluated every (quarterly) 4 months. If a member is inactive for a period of 4 months, the 3 months prior credit will be forfeited. 30 days’ notice required for cancellation from membership renewal date. Benefits cannot be transferred. Prices are subject to change.
